Claimed cards ship sleeved, top-loaded and tracked within 2–3 business days. If your tracking hasn't arrived or a shipment seems stuck, email hello@pullz.ai and we'll chase it down.

Verified Value is based on the median of the three most recent completed eBay sales for the same card in equivalent condition or grade. The full methodology is in our Terms, and you can see how draws are verified on the Provably Fair page.

Store credit lives in your Wallet. Spend it on your next pack or anything in the Pullz Store — it never expires. Store credit is non-transferable and carries no cash value.

You can set spend limits and take a break at any time from Settings in the app. If you'd like help with responsible-collecting tools, email hello@pullz.ai.
